I've got it all wrong.............



It's ok to be sad, angry, scared or whatever that is…

It is kind of ridiculous to try to get rid of a "negative" emotion coz no one can really be positive all the time (unless they're pulling an act or taking prosac…and even then i doubt they can).

Anyhow life is full of ups and downs and eventually the downs will go away, no one can cry forever, or nag endlessly, and having tried both : they do not make u feel any better, just more desperate..so back to where u started

Just what sickens me is that they say that emotions are usefull, they r like a compass that guides you through life. So if you are feeling sad , you should change the course of your life, but then you move from sad to lost to having an unstable life!!!!

I guess i dont like feelings…
